  • 8 egg yolks triple-chocolate-brulee
  • 150g  golden caster sugar
  • 600 ml  double cream
  • 125g  plain dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 125g  white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 125g  milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Amaretto di Saronno or Brandy (optional)

To Decorate

  • Golden caster sugar, to sprinkle
