Triple Chocolate Brulee Ingredients: |
- 8 egg yolks
- 150g golden caster sugar
- 600 ml double cream
- 125g plain dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 125g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 125g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. Amaretto di Saronno or Brandy (optional)
To Decorate
- Golden caster sugar, to sprinkle
- plain dark, milk and white chocolate curls
