<h3> Frothy Hot Toddy Chocolate Drink Cooking Instructions:</h3>

<li>Pour the cornflour into a jug and mix in 1 tablespoon milk to make a smooth paste.</li>
<li>Add 200ml of the milk, the sugar, the chocolate and the alcohol.</li>
<li>Microwave the mixture on high (900 watts) for 2 minutes or heat in a pan on the hob.</li>
<li>Pour the hot chocolate into a tall glass mug.</li>
<li>Heat the remaining milk and froth vigorously.  Pour over the hot chocolate.</li>
<li>Sprinkle over some grated chocolate and serve immediately.</li>

<li>Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, then remove from the heat.</li>
<li>Add the fromage frais and vanilla extract and quickly stir together.</li>
<li>Divide the chocolate fromage frais with 6 coffee cups or glasses and serve immediately.</li>
<li>For wam cappuccino fromage frais, melt the plain dark chocolate with 2 tbsp. of very strong espresso coffee.  Divide in 6 espresso cups, finishing each with 1 teaspoon regular fromage frais and a dusting of cocoa powder.</li>
